STP Reporting Rejected

Hi Team,

Recently swapped to MYOB Business Pro, set up the STP Reporting with the ATO but still unable to make a Pay Run as the software believes the ATO hasn't been contacted and therefore rejects the payrun.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks
