Anyone have a workaround on this yet other than going in every employee card?

It's only another workaround, but might be a slightly easier workaround... if you access your file through the browser at app.myob.com then the 'leave balance' report in there shows the full three decimal places. Still annoying that you have to access it somewhere else but it can also be sorted by employee rather than by entitlement category so that may or may not be an advantage for you.
