Entitlement balance summary doesn't match to Entitlement details report for SL
Hi MYOB Consultant,
I couldn't find a solution from previous postings.
I have made a payroll adjustment via myob for a staff who transferred from 76 hrs to 60.8 hrs per FN . All the entitlement reports and card are zero balance for 76hrs, except the entitlement balance summary which showed available hrs of 60.20 hrs.How do I fix this please? A screenshot is attached.
Soultion:
1. Delete termination date for that employee on STP first
2. Do $ 0 Pay run through MYOB ( make sure all 30/6/20)
3. Once accepted by ATO - Amount then came through as correct - YEAH !
