Accountant access or 2nd user view only

Hey Fred_C​ you can definitely share access with your accountant or bookkeeper! We actually released this feature just before EOFY so Solmates could be tax-ready.

Here’s how to set it up (you’ll need your accountant/bookkeeper’s email handy):

1. Tap More on the bottom menu
2. Scroll down to Account
3. Tap Share access
4. Tap Invite
5. Enter your accountant/bookkeeper’s Name and Email
6. Tap Send Invite

They’ll then receive an email inviting them to view your Solo records via an online portal (or through their own MYOB login, if they have one).

You can invite up to two people to access your Solo records.

I'm very disappointed, do research and find features that Solo is supposed to have, this being one of many!!

Have even found some with instructions, but can't find the options..

Now that I have Solo and a MYOB account, do more research in here just to find that these features don't actually exist, and am asked to VOTE on these suggestions...

What gives, feeling like I have been misled and now have a product that is so basic I should just go back to my previous product..

Jay here from the Solo team - just working through updating some idea submissions from our awesome Solmates! To reiterate Sigrid-Solo​'s comment in an earlier post, this idea is well and truly in motion. 

Keep an eye out on the Forum for more details in future, we'll make plenty of noise when this one lands!

Advisor access would definitely be a necessary addition. Sigrid-Solo​ mentioned in a recent response to my question that this feature is on its way.

Additionally, integrating this with desktop/browser access would be fantastic (as suggested in this popular shared idea: Bring Solo to the Browser & Desktop! | MYOB Community ). For accountants, having advisor access across multiple clients using Solo, especially for end-of-year reporting and other compliance obligations, would be incredibly beneficial if it can be done from a browser/desktop.
