Hi Caryn72,
Do you mean adding attachments to invoices that you have sent to clients and have been paid for?
If so, try this as a possible solution:
- open the 'Sales' window that relates to the specific invoice,
- at the top there should be an icon entitled 'attachments'
- tap on that icon and a 'invoice attachments' window should launch
- drag the file you want to attach straight into that window (or use the 'add Documents' icon)
- be aware when dragging files into the 'attachments' window, it's best to do so from the desktop environment as MYOB doesn't always (sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't) accept dragged files straight from emails. So, drag the file from an email onto the desktop and then into the 'attachments' window.
I have added all manner of files using this from remittance advices, POs, timesheets relating to the job, etc.
The above steps are for Desktop version of AccountRight.
Hi Xylon1
I am meaning when you receipt a single or group of invoices.
- Sales Command Centre
- Receive Payments
There I would like an 'Attachments' option as there is for
- Entering Purchases
- Spend Money
- Record Journal Entry
- Card Information
If a Remittance Advice covers multiple invoices, I don't want to go into each individual invoice and attach the same remittance advice over and over. I would like to be able to drill down on the receipt in the bank register to view the remittance advice.
In addition if I were to go back into the invoices once they have been paid to attach the Remittance Advice, I have to open locked periods to 'amend' the invoices.
Thanks,
Caryn72

I see what you mean now. I misunderstood your original post.
