Default Attachment to every Invoice Email

We have recently been requested by one of our main contractors to attach a Stat Dec to every invoice we issue to them. It would be super handy to be able to set up a default document attachment that automatically attaches to every new invoice that you can just change out as needed (even better if you could customise per customer as well). This would also work for flyers, price lists, etc.
