the most ridiculous thing is when they rolled it out, i was forced to sign a direct debit with myob, just to be able to continue emailing invoices. i emailed to tell them i did not want this and i will never be using the myob online payments but that went unanswered. they're just rail roading this onto users without any due consideration. there's no way to rescind the direct debit agreement. what's to stop them from abusing that in the future and taking money out of my bank account?
