Thanks for sharing this idea 🙌

Totally hear you on the subject line feeling a bit robotic. A personalised touch like including the customer’s street address would definitely make invoice emails feel more human and less “auto-generated.”

    Thanks, I appreciate that you like my idea. I'm actually a Business Pro customer though. Hopefully I didn't post in the wrong forum. As I said above, adding a new variable should be a super straight forward change for MYOB, so I really hope that you will consider implementing it in the near future.
