Hello
BAS link in the offline MYOB file is not working. I dont get an error message, just times out and asks if I want to try again. Recently updated to 2023.9.0 build number 2023.9.1.7 so I am not sure if this is the problem.
Please help!

If your company file is online, I strongly suggest considering the option of lodging your BAS through AccountRight. This approach eliminates the need to manually log in to the Business portal for BAS submission. You can find detailed instructions on how to do this within AccountRight in our help article titled: Get ready to lodge activity statements online
However, if you prefer to continue lodging your BAS manually and are uncertain about the setup of specific fields, you can simply click on a field label for additional information about that field.
