Unable to enter a General Journal

Hi,

 

I am trying to enter manual journals for our end of year transactions and I keep getting an error message as shown in the screenshots below. This is a fairly recent occurrence as I have been able to enter a journal at the end of June 2023 and really need to post the remaining journals for our annual accounts. We have been trying to get into contact with MYOB Help and have not received any suggestions or feedback to help with our problem.

    I'm sorry to hear about your issues with journals in AccountRight. May I get you to follow these instructions and send us a copy of the diagnostic log of your AccountRight?
