unable to setup lodging BAS online

I am unable to setup to lodge the BAS online.  The following message pop up.

I checked the company information, everything is right.  

 

Trying to call to MYOB, already 2 hours, still waiting........

    finally got someone answer the phone.  The MYOB representative said that I need to ring up ATO to get the branch number, it seems too late to call......

     

    As I am a small business, do i have to get one ??????
