Recurring Transactions

Hi,

I have a list of recurring transactions that need tidying up.  Some are confusing me however.  

Firstly, I use recurring transactions to minimise the amount of data entry I need to do.  I do not want them to record automatically.  Instead, I use the Bank Feeds to prompt me to go to a recurring transaction and record the expenditure.  

This morning, my Bank Feed told me that MYOB had withdrawn 130.00 on the 5/10. I went to Spend Money and opened the recurring transaction for MYOB. I adjusted the amount and redated it to 5/10.  Can you tell me whyMYOB1.jpg

    Hi LDMcK 

     

    I'm sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. That recurring transaction is set to record automatically. To stop this change the Alert preference to Remind xxxx to record this transaction.
