To do list - Pay Bills

When paying our suppliers,   I can't see the "Pay Bills" button in the To Do List, *Accounts Payable tab)  although I do have permission to use it via the Purchase Command Centre.

Any assistance you can proivide will be appreciated.

    Hi, Happygirl

    Thanks for your post.

It appears that in order to view the "Pay Bills" button in the To Do List under the Accounts Payable tab, you need to first tick the transaction. If the transaction is not yet ticked, the screenshot below shows how it looks like.

Once the transaction is ticked, you should be able to see the 'Pay Bills' button as shown below.

Thanks so much for the detailed reply and screen shots.

Unfortunately, this has not solved the problem. I am wondering if this may be due to user restrictions?  Where some profiles are only granted read access to certain functions?

      Thanks for your assistance

        Hi, Happygirl

        Thanks for your prompt response.

If the suggested workaround doesn't resolve your issue, another potential reason for concern could be related to user access restrictions. We recommend reviewing the roles assigned to your account for the company file you are attempting to access. If you encounter limitations, please reach out to the file owner or administrator for assistance.

For more detailed guidance on managing user roles, you can refer to the Help Article: Set up roles. This resource offers valuable information to help you navigate and resolve access-related concerns effectively.
