Would MYOB see the benefit of being able to move some windows to a second screen? With a lot of information available at any one time it can get quite confusing. Hi, I am new to MYOB, I am adding items into our company's items list, we really only have a couple of products that we buy and sell however our products all have different serial numbers, is there a way to add more that one of the same item and adding different serial numbers. Example I have 15 machines to add to my items list, all the machines have the same item number and name but I need to differentiate them by the serial number, I would like to add these without having to add 15 individual machines. We send finalised invoices every night - anywhere between 100 and 200.  We have to wait until the end of the day when all are finalised.  At the moment we have to send each one indivually.  I can see some old community posts from 2016 - seems no progress has been made on this absolute time saver. I can tick off all payslips and send at once.  Can MYOB consider doing the same for invoices.  It would a save 20 to 30 minutes of productivity each day. ... View more

The new update makes it IMPOSSIBLE to add all the details I MUST put in the company name field.  I MUST have the Company Name & Department written out in full (no abbreviations) for my clients and suddenly with the new update there is character limits on this field and I can't fit it all in!  So I'm completely stuck - HOW CAN I CREATE NEW CONTACTS?!! Hi MYOB team, Could MYOB please look to improve the function around saving pay runs?    Currently, if a pay run has already been saved and is reopened, the options are to choose 'New Pay Run' or 'Continue'. If you mistakenly choose 'New Pay Run', there is no warning that your current pay run will be deleted. In theory this means you could lose a massive pay run for 100s of employees with the simple click of a button.   Is it possible to add a layer to this, so that if you click 'New Pay Run', a warning window pops up where you'll need to confirm that you're certain that you want to start a new pay run? Currently, I can allocate a staff to a sale, so I can see who actually did the sale. Anoyingly though, always shows all the staff, not only the sales or customer service staff, whgch makes the selection process awkward when you have many staff. Re. MYOB AccountRight Live Premier WEB version Suggestion: On the screen that displays an actual invoice, at the bottom there is a box called "Activity History - Payment received". It would be very helpful for cross checking if for each line item for "Payment received" to show the Account Name which the CR was applied against (see example attached). It would be great if either (a) we could see the message content of ALL emails, including statements OR (b) we could choose which emails to send directly from AccountRight and which not to send. e.g send Invoices but not Statements.   reason - had a customer balk at comments in a Statement email which was amended just for them, as they were seriously overdue, but we cannot see the message - therefore it would be good to either be able to see it, or choose not to send specified email types (and this choice would inlcude a breakdown of the Sales and Purchase email types e.g send Invoices but maybe not send Quotes).   "Emailing" ... I know that superannuatin is only compulsory for under 18 year olds if they work more than 30 hours a week, but it would be good if MYOB could have an option for allowing superannuation to be automatically calculated by MYOB for those employers who want to pay it to all employees.   Currently, it is only automatically calculated when the pay includes more than 30 hours for the staff member.  I have an under 18 who we pay superannuation for (regardless of hours worked), and so I have to remember to manually add it in to each pay.   "Superannuation for under 18 year olds" ... A default setting for each Supplier as to whether data is entered by TAX INCLUSIVE or NOT TAX INCLUSIVE.   Very frustrating that you may have entered amounts for Tax Inclusive and then the next Supplier Invoice is not Tax inclusive and then you have re-enter all the amounts.    Thanks kindly.   "TAX INCLUSIVE default BY SUPPLIER or by THE CARD" ... When using MYOB online, and entering a purchase invoice/bill from the intray, I start typing the item number and you can't see any search results without scrolling. I'm sure the search return 'dialogue box' used to be slightly bigger so that it showed at least one item? It's a small issue, but a pain when entering multiple part numbers, having to scroll down so much (first photo attached). It it fine when invoicing (second photo attached) or when entering a bill without going via the intray - the search result shows several items. ...
