Need MYOB to investigate why the payslip TIL accrual figure is different to the entitlement balance report for TIL.   Option to "carry remaining entitlement over to next year" was not selected at time of set up of TIL accrual.  The TIL does not carry over on the entitlement report, but the payslip shows a carried over figure.  Why is the back end data different?     ... The pop up to creat a supplier appears over the top of half of the invoice images so quite often you cant read the supplier deatils from the invoice to input into the create supplier box. Either move this box to the right of the screen or make it moveable so you can drag it where you want it to be.  ... View more

Customer Statements are currently ageing the invoices based on the Invoice Due Date and NOT the Invoice Date, which is slightly detrimental to the business as customners often look for what is overdue, rather than focusing on paying what is due. Can you please develop the ability to add pages to personalised forms?   Currently you cant add a blank page or a personalised page of text, just a table or field will go over the page if the text is long enough. There's also the functionality to attach a pdf to the email indisvisually before sending an email but this is going to be very manual. Automating this process would be much easier and more automated.   I'm wanting to add a few pages of terms of our quotations but currently don't have enough room on one page to add this. ... Why is it that in Account Right Browswer version, it is not possible to retain the original PO number when changing a purchase between Quotes, Orders of Bills.  You can do this easily on the desktop version - it makes no sense that this option is not available in the browser version.  This has caused us numerous issues in tracking back purchase orders. ... It would be great to be able to select a separate shipping address for certain suppliers eg those that need to be delivered to a separate warehouse instead of the company office.  There is a way to do this in Account Right Desktop by "Another Card" under Ship To but no option to do the same in the browser version.  In the browser version, I have added in the warehouse's details in "Shipping Address" but this does not come through on the purchase order. ... MYOB does not have a solution for All Purpose Allowances in STP2.  All purpose allowances need to be reported separately to the ATO from hourly rate and most leave payments, but must be included in an employee's hourly rate for overtime, leave loading and cash out of leave calculations (not disaggregated).  Setting up numerous new overtime and leave categories for each individual's hourly rate to do this is NOT a solution.  Dollar values on entitlement reports are also incorrect as a result of not being able to link APAs to an employees hourly rate.   Please provide an option when setting up hourly rate categories to strip out APA to report when required, or when setting up allowance categories an option to add to hourly rate when required.   This has been an ongoing saga for over 12 months and needs to be addressed urgently please! ... Hi I have looked at the Employee Benefits tab.  Two things  1. To access, I have to Consent to starting the new employee benefits, but in doing so I also consent to employee personal data being sent to a third party (Flare) without the employee'sconsent.  I realise it is name telephone number and email address, but this is still personal, not mine to consent to being sent without their permission.  Isn't this breaching the privacy and confidentiality of your employees?   2. Please enable the old feature used in the classic versions where we could change the default currency. The inability to change the default currency from NZD/AUD to our local currency has been a major hinderance in migrating our classic clients to online version as they need to be able to use local currency as default and NZD and AUD as foreign currency.   ... Need to be able to assign default currency on New Customer cards and Invoices when creating invoices from MYOB Invoice App on mobile devices.   Currently the default currency (NZ or AUD) gets assigned automatically hence any invoice sent directly from Invoice app says $XX NZD. Since we can not change default currency (waiting anxiously for this priviledge to come back in Live versions as was in classic version!), we manually select our own currency (FJD) for transactions.   On desktop application, we are able to do this when creating card/ Invoices but can not when invoicing from Invoice App.   Please vote for this change as those of us who need to use multi currency but need to use different default currency than NZD or AUD are heavily challenged. ... Currently the Default currency field is not part of the import/export fields even though it is part of a Card profile. It would be great if this could be added just as all other fields... easier to change in Excel for all cards and export rather than change singularly esp when you do not have the option of assigning currency when creating a new customer card from Invoice App on mobile device. ... It would be great if the Suppliers Payment History Report provided a full history of the payments made to that supplier.  At the moment they dont include the bank feed automated transactions - which is weird as the Suppliers Payment Report does provide a full total and seems to include ALL transactions under that supplier card including the bank feed automated transactions.  I would have thought that the history report would provide the full history - otherwise there is no point in it really.
