A Pay appears as unsent on STP yet X staff have it showing on their prefill??&nbsp;How doe we fix this as they did not receive a pay from us in 2022&nbsp;

Stand alone Payroll appears to have duplicated several pays and sent them to ATO. Cannot reverse them . How do we fix this problem?

So that I can assist further, could you please confirm if your employee YTD payroll reports reflect this amount in your software? Or is it just STP that is showing this amount?&nbsp;
