Accountright ETP and STP Verification / Finalization Error

Hi

I like a lot of others am having a problem where the information uploaded to the ATO for an ETP Payment is reporting zero's instead of the figures in the processed payment.

 

The ETP payment was made on 28/07/2021.  None of that employee's information seemed to have been uploaded correctly, so I:

  1. Deleted the termination date on the employee card.
  2. Deleted the original Termination from the STP Reporting site.
  3. Ran a Void pay run for him on the 30/06/2022. 

That successfully uploaded the normal pay information, but the ETP was still not there.

I read a few posts, so I :

  1. Checked that the ETP payroll categories had the correct payroll reporting code assigned to them.
  2. Reversed the original ETP pay with a reversal date of 29/07/2021.
  3. Reprocessed the pay on the 30/07/2021.

The information uploaded still did not include the ETP data.  The Superannuation Guarantee was updated.  

So I tried running another Void pay on the 30/06/2022.  Still didn't upload the ETP data.

I have attached screen shots of information in MYOB and STP Reporting site.

 

I tried calling MYOB, only to be told that the payroll staff don't start until midday, and I'll have to call back then.  They wouldn't even log a call, and have someone call me back.  Given this seems to be a known problem, and the time of year it is, why are MYOB payroll staff starting at midday?

 

I would really appreciate some help on this one.  I will need to rollover my payroll year tomorrow lunchtime at the latest.

Added - I have now spent over 3 hours on the phone on hold with MYOB, and spoken to one person on the help desk who didn't know what the ATO was.

 

And then they hung up on me.  --------

    You seem to be the person who knows whats going on with this subject.  Maybe I put my post in the wrong spot.  I read your post that we should be getting contacted regarding this issue.

     

    I have not been contacted yet.  Is there a fix for this yet?

        Thank you very much.  When I went in this time, the report was now showing correctly.  All reconciled and finalized with the ATO.
