Cannot open employee's card

Question

Hi I cannot open an employees card file, im getting the following error message.

Any assitance with this would be appreicated.

We do have a script that we can run over your AccountRight file to resolve this, please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and the File ID of the file&nbsp;(This can be found by going to Help &gt; About MYOB AccountRight) so I can arrange this for you.&nbsp;
