Cannot open employee's card

Hi I cannot open an employees card file, im getting the following error message.    Any assitance with this would be appreicated.   AccountRight Application Error Report ========================...

    You can send me a private message via this private message link, please send through the serial number and file ID. 

     

     

    Update: Script was run over company file.

Morning Melisa, 

 

I cant seem to private message you, when i hover over your icon and slect send message it takes me to a blank page?

 

Is there an email adress I can send the requierd information to?

    I have the same issue when trying to open an Employee's card, it errors every single time.  It is is one employee that is causing me grief and I can't go ahead with STP2 until this is fixed.

      Hi SallyW, 

       

      Thanks for your post. I'm happy to arrange the script to be run over your file, can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and the file ID of the file you're having issues with (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight).

        2382 and Company File ID 1
