Employee card wont open

Hi,

 

I am having issued accessing an employee's card file when I click on them it comes up with the message that something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close. I have tried accessing the file using the online version but it won't open on there either. Can you help fix this please? I don't want to make a new file as I need the history of the employee. I note in a related post that a script was used to fix the problem.

I have attached a copy of the error log

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! There is a script we can run over your file to resolve this error, can you please confirm the last FOUR digits of your product serial number and the file ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight) so I can arrange this for you.
