Question

Hi team MYOB.&nbsp;I am trying to access ONE staff member data to run a payrun with him, however it never allow me to go in so I can edit his hours, instead it pop up a messages that says:&nbsp;"Something's goes wrong with and Account Right needs to close"Then it just offert me to close or restart Account Right.&nbsp;After doing this more than 5 times, I reckon something MUST BE very qrong with this.&nbsp;Can anyone help me out with this please?&nbsp;Regards,&nbsp;

Thanks for your post. I am happy to have a look into this for you. Could you let me know the last 4 digits of your serial number and the company file ID (Help&gt;&gt;About AccountRight)?

Also could you attach a copy of the error log or diagnostic log?

Hi Yanique, Sure thing.Last 4 digits of serial are 5012company file ID is 2

Thank you. This error is usually caused by duplicate values in your database. I have ran a script over your file that would have solved this. Let me know if that worked for you. You might need to log out of your file and restart AccountRight.
