Cashed out Annual leave

The annual leave balance was 219.50, then we cashed out 40 hours which gave us 179.50 hours  All fine

But the next pay run the annual leave balance dropped to139.5 hours and we hadn't used annual leave at all.

 

Any ideas please

    Thanks for your post. Go to Payroll Categories>>Entitlements>>open the Annual leave category and check the wage payroll categories selected in Linked Wages Category. The leave entitlement balance will be reduced by hours paid against the wage categories selected in this field so ensure only the applicable categories are selected.
