EMPLOYEE SELF ONBOARDING

My employees have completed an online onboarding form and their details are not showing in MYOB Payroll Card.  They completed them over 24 hours ago.  I need help urgently as it is alot of data entry. Thankyou  BTW I have been on hold for a while and they say the wait time is 2 hours ...........................................................

    I am having problems -is there an answer as my employees who are doing the onboarding are not showing in MYOB payroll
