EOFY Finalisation Gross Payments Doesn't Match Employee Report

Hi 

When processing EOFY finalisation the ETP payments and Allowances don't show up in STP Gross Wages in the YTD verification Report. The individual employee reports have them on them and all other reports in MYOB tally correctly. I have tried doing a $0 pay run but to no avail. 

If these figures are on the summary of payments report when clicking on the ellipsis for each individual employee, is it ok to submit anyway or do I have to make the Gross Wages figure on the YTD verification figure tally?
