EOFY finalisation - no longer using MYOB

We stopped using MYOB in Sep 2021 and had been reporting STP via MYOB. 

Our subscription ceased, although I still have read-only access to the file.

 

I realised last week that I can no longer go back into MYOB to finalise the payroll for the year because the payroll reporting centre won't load as there is no active MYOB subscription.

 

The new software we are using has continued to report STP and I was able to finalise those payroll amounts but not sure what to do about the MYOB pays that were recorded - these still show as Not Tax Ready. 

 

Any suggestions for how to fix this please?

    Hello Kitty123 

     

    To be able to finalise you will need to have an active subscription. Can you please send me a Private Message containing: 

    •  Serial number
    • Business name

      Hi ChrisMYOB 

       

      I have figured out the correct settings in my new software to report the correct opening balance from MYOB for payroll purposes so the Tax Ready figure for employees should be correct now.

       

      The problem now is that the MYOB figures still appear in the Income statement for employees with the "Not Tax Ready" status. 

       

      Is there a way to fix this without re-subscribing?

        Have you managed to resolve the issue?

         

        Is is showing as not tax ready from the My.gov account or from within the MYOB software? 

        Please let me know if you need further assistance.
