ETP Tax Payable

I processed a termination payment for a staff member in the financial year we have just finished. When I set up the payroll category ETP Tax Payable I coded the ATO reporting category to Gross wages instead of ETP - Taxable. Now when I look at the EOPY Summary of Payments for this staff member, it is not showing in Gross Payments or anyware. How can I correct this?
