Edit a Pay Super Administrator details

Due to a change in business ownership I need to edit the User roles. Unfortunately to do this you need to input an SMS Code sent to the users listed. In this instance both mobile telephones listed are unavailable for verification.

How can I edit a user role without having the SMS Code?

    Hi GLB 


    If the mobile codes cannot be received, you can fill out the attached change of pay super details form and email it to the team so they can make the changes. Please explain in the form why those roles cannot be changed on your end and they will action the request.
