Email Payslips query

Hi 

Everytime I run a weekly payroll for my client and go to the email payslip centre, MYOB is creating it's own 0.00 entries and I then have to go through and select the ones with values to email.  How can I stop this from happening and how can I delete all these existing ones which are not required?

    Thanks for your post. Clicking on the Send update event button in the STP reporting centre records $0 pays to send the updated pay data to the ATO. If employees have the preference Print or Email Payslips selected, then these automatically created pay runs will show in the unsent Print/Email Pay slips list.

     

    The Help Article, Remove transactions from the print or email queue, has detailed instructions for bulking removing those payslips.
