Employee Onboarding via FlareHR

After just trialling the new automatic onboarding (which is awesome) one area stood out to me as an issue. 

I see in 'personal information' there is a section for title & gender. Gender gives the right amount of options but 'title' has fewer selections available which may not accomodate all, as it is a mandatory selection, I believe either more options or 'other' may need to be added?

Thoughts?
