Entitlement Report Incorrect

Question

Hi there,&nbsp;&nbsp;I have one employee who has used up all of their TIL accrual. When I run the entitlement report from 1st July, it shows the correct balance of zero, but when I run the report weekly/monthly it still shows a TIL balance. Their employee card also shows a zero balance.&nbsp;How can I fix this?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Thanks for your post. If you run the Entitlement balance detail report, does the figure appear correctly or incorrect ?

Apologies for the delay in my response. I've had a look into this, the report is displaying correctly. The Entitlement balance summary&nbsp;report will show the total hours and value of accrued entitlements for the selected period. The carry over will always appear in the opening hours column.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
For example if a pay run for time in lieu taken was recorded in October, this won't appear in the November period report.&nbsp;
