Error message - Employee self-onboarding

I get the following error message when attempting to use this feature.

I have tried just one email only at a time and I have exited the program and logged in again to try another.

This has been going on for several days now.

Help please as the employees start on Monday11th.

        "Failed to send email"

        We coulnd't send the invite to your employee. Try again later.

    Hi Melisa

    I cleared the cache as per instructions and it did not work.

    Should I try uninstalling?

      Can I please confirm if your file is online ? Your file would need to be online to be able to send this form. If it is, can you attach a screenshot of the failed to send message so I can look into this with our teams.
