Error trying to submit to ATO through STP

Have tried 6 times to lodge our EOFY wages to ATO and it keeps telling me to refresh and start again !!

    Welcome to the Community Forum ! Can you please provide a screenshot of the error so I can take a look into this for you.

        Hi Melissa77, 

         

        Thanks for the screenshot. If you are reporting on a entered Reportable Fringe Benefit Amount (RBFA) figure and are receiving this error our teams have found that this error can occur when attempting to pay RFBA amounts under the ATO minimum (currently $3,773 in 2022).

         

        They have advised to check this ATO link on the requirements, if you're unsure if it needs to be reported you will need to contact the ATO.
