JobMaker Declaration

Hi,

We nominated one eligible employee for JobMaker yesterday, but it shows on the ATO portal that the employee is not eligible and "20 hours worked or paid was not provided". So we checked Myob STP reporting and couldn't see any employees that were shown yesterday. Please see the screenshot. Can you please advise what caused the issue and where can we provide the working hours?

Also, if an eligible employee has terminated with us, and we can't include the employee in the following pay run, how can we nominate the employee?
