MYOB Error when trying to open employee card

Hi there, 

 

I failed to open one particular employee card details. Can you please advise how to fix it?

    Hi iris_ch 

     

    All run for you. If you have used the company file around the time of this message do ensure that you close down and reopen the company file before trying that employee's card.

     

    Do let us know how you get on and if you require further assistance.

    Hi iris_ch 


    Would you mind confirming the following information - we have as script/tool that we can arrange to run over that file:

    • Where the company file is stored i.e. online or local
    • What the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number is - Setup>>Company Information
    • What is the company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight

      Hi Steven,

       

      Thanks for your prompt reply. 

       

      Company file is stored online.

      Serial number last 4 digits: 9019

      Company file ID: 1

       

      We have a payroll due today, it's highly appreciated if we get this fixed asap.
