MYOB Error when trying to open one employee card

Hi,

 

 I try to open an employee's card to edit her details. However, I got a error code. Could you please help?

    Hi NoraHu,

     

    Apologies, I can only find the serial number ending #6970 that is attached to your currently-signed-in email address. Could you please send me a private message with the full serial number?

    So that I can assist with this, could you please confirm the last 4-digits of your serial number?

      Hi Sam,

      The last four serial number would be 2600.
