MYOB SuperChoice Payment still processing

Superannuation payment for all employees was submitted on 22nd June 2022.  The funds were taken from our bank account on the 23rd June.  It is now the 6th July and still showing as processing payment.  

 

Our Superannuation payment for the 29th June has been completed and is showing as completed.

 

We pay our Superannuation weekly with the Payroll run.

 

I am not sure if this has gone through the clearing house to employees Super Funds.  

 

Please help!

    • Serial number 
    • Your full name and email address 
    • Date of payment 
    • Amount of the super payment
