When your employee tried to access the MYOB Team App, did they receive an error message? If yes, kindly attached the error to your reply and make sure sensitive information is removed before posting in the Forum. Also, check their email address in MYOB Team admin portal. To do this, go to Employees tab > Check if they have an updated email address. Once done, have your employees try to access again the MYOB Team App.
