MYOB Teams

I have a staff member with a Samsung S21 Ultra and they can not access the MYOB teams app. 

Tried deleting and reinstalling.

Australia is selected as the Country / Region in the Play Store account.

 

Anyone have any suggestions please?

    Thanks for your post and Welcome to MYOB Community Forum. 

     

    When your employee tried to access the MYOB Team App, did they receive an error message? If yes, kindly attached the error to your reply and make sure sensitive information is removed before posting in the Forum. Also, check their email address in MYOB Team admin portal. To do this, go to Employees tab > Check if they have an updated email address. Once done, have your employees try to access again the MYOB Team App.

      The staff member has actually resigned so i not able to check the problem anymore.
