Missed one staffs superannuation payment

One of our employees did not have "Pay Superannuation using AccountRight" ticked and 2 payments have not been included in the Super payments. I only noticed when processing it at the end of the month.

 

Future payments should be fine now. But how can I get them up to date?

    Hi Civil12,

    Thanks for your post. You can simply check that option, and it will then appear in the pay superannuation window.
     

    Additionally, make sure to save your changes after ticking the box. This will ensure that the updated information is properly reflected in the pay superannuation window.
