Missing Super fund - onboarding

Hi,

I have an employee that has the following Super account:

Fund name: Commonwealth Bank of Australia Superannuation Savings Account

USI: 48123123124130

It is not an option in the self-onboarding.

It can be selected manually at my end, but the employee can't progress past this with their onboarding.

There was another post on here about this but I couldn't find a resolution & the thread is closed.

Thanks.

  • Hi scanlon,

Thanks for your post, and my apologies for the late response. If the super fund details are not showing on the employee's end during onboarding, kindly select any superfund temporarily just to send the details. You can then proceed to change it in the card file once submitted. Please see this help article for more information about: Employee self-onboarding

Feel free to post again, we're happy ho help!

  • I think Commonwealth Super fund has now been merged to Australian Retirement Trust Fund, if the employee has agreed
