Onboarding announcement popup

I get this popup every day even though I have 'Learned more' and ticked the 'got it, don't show me again' message.

Any suggestions on how to get rid of it.

    Hi LifeLongLearner 

     

    We have raised this with our product teams and they are working on switching it off for users who do not want this alert. Apologies for the inconvenience caused due to this.
