Pay Super registration

Good afternoon

 

We are unable to register a client for pay super. It comes up with the error, whoops you have hit a snag.

 

We have logged in as both the client and as us who set up the file.

 

Can you please advise how to fix this issue.

    Thank you for your post. I'm happy to take a look into this for you, can you please send me a private message with the following details:

    • Serial number 
    • Your full name and email address used to sign up to pay super

      Hi Davidv

       

      Thank you for your post. The Pay Superannuation service has been temporarily disabled while our teams deal with a duplication error with payment, once the service is enabled and back up and running you will have the option to register for pay super.
