Pay Super

I am trying to Pay my Super payments but it keeps saying I am not authorised.  I returned the Change of Details form last week.

    Thanks for your post. So that I can take a look into this for you can you please send me a private message with the following information:

    • Serial number 
    • Your full name and email address 
    • File ID of the file you're attempting to pay super in 
    • Screenshot of the message you're receiving
