Payment Summary requested prior to end of year for terminated employee
Have had a request for a payment summary for terminated employee - I have terminated through STP and notified ATO Would this summary be in their mygov portal?

Whilst the figures for any and all pays reported through STP would be available in their MyGov account, you do need to finalise that employee to let the ATO know that they will not be receiving any more information from you this payroll year.
Our help article End of year finalisation with Single Touch Payroll reporting steps through how to finalise the figures in STP. Once employee has been finalized then they can view their information and prepare their tax return in their MyGov account.
