Payroll Reporting Centre is not working

Hi All

Think you might find its because the ATO has crashed.  You can skip the step of reporting and try again later today.  If not, just leave reporting until tomorrow.  The ATO knows they have crashed so it shouldn't be too much of an issue

I am having the exact same issue.  Given the importance of today being the start of a new financial year I hope that MYOB is making this issue a priority.  It seems MYOB always has issues on crucial days as it seems they have not built the system with ability to handle high demand.

I've tried 3 different clients files and the same thing is happening on all of them.

I'm experiencing the same problems as Speld and cannot access Payroll Reporting to do finalisation steps.  Please advise what is happening?

Same here, it does work for one of my company files but not the other. Really not happy, MYOB I always experience issues every EOFY. Please get your act together.

Same issue. I have 2 businesses I'm trying to finalise and need to fix termination dates as it seems it affects the employees payment summaries totals. Very frustrating.

Not a good time for it to crash.

I've had nothing but issues with my YTD reconcilation report and ETP's - now I "THINK" I've fixed it but cannot get in to check.

Having same issue, I thought it maybe because I have not upgraded yet to 2020.2.

I still have a few checks to finalise last (2020) payroll and my first pay for 2021 is today, extremly frustrating!

Does anyone know If I can process the first pay for FY21 before finalising FY20?

Have payroll today and can't access reporting centre.
