SMS code super authorisation not received
I haven't received an SMS code, it's been over an hour and I have tried to resend the code. Now getting an message that I may not be authorised to process the payment. I have been the payroll person for 20 plus years and my mobile hasn't changed. Why is this happening? Can MYOB support please help. This is very annoying.
Update - 2.5 hours later the txt arrived.
Yes thanks, code came through after 2.5 hours.
The codes usually takes minutes so I'm not sure why this time I had to wait over 2 hours for it to arrive?
