SMSF Payment error

Good afternoon,

 

Can I please have asistance with errors for a self managed super fund for 2x employees.

 

Each month we recived the same error and I don't know how to rectify.

 

Error message:  The ABN for this employee's fund is invalid.  Payments can't be made to this fund.  An authorised contact for the SMSF should contact the ATO.  Deselect this payment to continue.  We have contacted the ATO and all is compliant.  See attachment.

 

Wanted to know if there is any other way to correct?

    Hi luciae, 

     

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Are you able to re-create a new fund for this super fund and assign it to the employees, once you've done this can you process super for this self managed super fund ? Note; you may need to rename the old SMSF set up slightly different so that you can re-create the new one.
