STP EOFY finalisation error msg for 2 employees

When trying to finalise the EOFY payment summaries I get the error msg "something went wrong. please try again or refresh browser" for 2 out of 24 employees. I've tried multiple times, can't see anything wrong with the 2 employees. One I had to reactivate due to FBT reporting requirements, this employee ended employment in the previous FY. The second employee has a termination date in the current FY.

I compared all necessary reports before and all matched. Any suggestion what to do?
