Salary Sacrifice Super Single Touch Payroll Phase 2

I am trying to process a payrun with a new Super Salary Sacrifice.  I tried to use the superannuation deduction for Salary Sacrifice that I have always had set up and that didn't work so I set up a deduction for Salary Sacrifice and that still didn't work.  I could see them in my pay run but I couldn't report to the ATO.  It keeps giving me error messages about a negative amount. What am I doing wrong?
