Super details are invalid when trying to pay super

Hi,

 

I am trying to pay supernnuation and suddenly got a "Whoops, something is wrong message" saying that two employees  superfund details are invalid even though we have paid supernnuation for both employees previously and no details have been changed for their supernnuation funds.

They are both with AMP though slightly different funds - one is AMP Superleader Plan USI AMP0278AU and the other is AMP Felxible Super USI AMP1248AU.

 

What do I do?
