Super

We are using Account Right. MYOB is not calculating super for one of the employees. I have checked all the categories and they are ok. Even i was on the phone for 2 days waiting for abut 2 hrs and still not resolved.

I was advisd to create a new super category for that particular employee, which i did and MYOB calculating at about 30-40% of the gross salary, whereas in the setting it was set up at 10%. So when i use the already set SG, it wont calculate at all. Your help wolud be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for your post. 

     

    I have seen cases like this when super has been adjusted manually in the month which will result in an incorrect or null calculation. The best way to test if this is by running a 'dummy pay' (without actually processing the pay) in the next month to see if the super then calculates correctly.

     

    If the super calculates correctly in the next month, you will need to manually enter the super amounts (10%) for the remainder of the current month's pay runs, and next month it will return to normal.
